With over 40 years in the business, the last 25 of those in Henley on Thames, Richard brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in all aspects of the property business. Having worked for Chesterton’s in London, he moved out to Henley with his family in 1995 and started Jacksons two years later which he ran successfully for 14 years. Richard then started this more bespoke agency in 2015, in fact many of the houses we sell today are for past satisfied clients. Richard prides himself on his integrity, confidentiality and straight forward approach. Past times include playing golf and tennis. An active member of Henley 41 Club, he has also enjoyed working in the community through Henley Round Table.

With over 20 years’ experience Charlotte has managed Lettings Departments in both Chelsea and Henley on Thames, building a wealth of experience and an in-depth knowledge of the lettings industry and acquiring a wide range of knowledge and skills within Property Management & Lettings. She is passionate about property and enjoys building strong relationships with both landlords and tenants throughout Henley-on-Thames and the surrounding areas.

Matt worked with his father Richard at Jacksons Estate Agency in Henley between 2007 and 2012 before moving to London where he joined Chestertons in Kensington, eventually running an office for them. He subsequently went on to manage their Investment and New Homes teams before moving on to set up his own property consultancy specialising in residential and commercial investment. Matt has a significant depth of experience across many property sectors and brings drive and enthusiasm as well as a solid knowledge base to the team.
